How quickly do you ship the rings?
Of course, you want to receive your new rings as soon as possible, and we totally understand!
That's why we process and ship our orders on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. On these days, all packages are picked up by our delivery service at 3:30 p.m.
We do everything we can to ship your order to you as quickly as possible so you won't have to wait long.
What can you do if your ring is broken?
It's always a bummer when your ring breaks, but don't worry—we're happy to help!
Do you think your ring is covered by the warranty?
If so, follow these simple steps:
1. Take a clear photo of the defect, showing the ring clearly.
2. Please include your name and order number.
3. Send an email to info@charmins.nl with the photo and your information.
We'll respond to your message as soon as possible and are happy to help!
Can I choose flexible delivery options?
That's not necessary!
Our rings are packaged in a convenient letter-sized envelope and fit right into your mailbox.
That way, you don't have to stay home for the delivery—it's quick and easy!
With "My Mail" in the PostNL app, you'll know first thing in the morning what mail is coming to your mailbox that day.
You'll receive a notification from PostNL when mail is on its way.
How do I return the rings?
At Charmin’s, we make exchanging or returning your ring as easy as possible!
Follow these steps:

1. Pack your ring:
Please return the ring(s) to us along with all included accessories and, if reasonably possible, in their original condition and packaging.
2. Use a bubble envelope:
Place the ring(s) in a bubble envelope to prevent damage during shipping. Make sure the envelope is properly stamped.
3. Include a note:
Include a note with:
o Your order number
o Your name
o Clear instructions:
Would you like a different size or style, or would you prefer a refund?
4. Send to our address:

What happens next?
• For returns: We will refund the order amount within 14 days of receiving your return.

Can I get my money back?
Yes, of course—at Charmin’s, you can get your money back if you want to return a ring!

When will your money be back in your account?
As soon as we have received and processed your return, we will refund the full order amount (excluding return shipping costs) to your account within 14 days, although in practice this usually happens much faster.

Can I exchange my ring?
Yes, of course, that's possible!
At Charmin’s, we understand that it can sometimes be difficult to choose the right size.
That’s why we offer the option to exchange your ring for a different size.
• Conditions: The ring must be unused and in its original condition.
• Time limit: You can exchange your ring within 15 days of receiving it.
• Procedure: Send the ring back to us. Clearly indicate the new size you would like to receive and your order number. (It's in the upper-left corner of your shipping label.)
We'll cover the shipping costs for the initial shipment; you're responsible for the return shipping costs.

How do I determine my ring size?
How do you know what ring size to order?
At Charminsringen.nl, we make it easy to find your ring size with two practical methods.

Method 1: You already have a ring that fits
Do you have a ring that fits well? Use it to determine your size:
1. Grab a ruler.
2. Measure the inner diameter of the ring (not the rim).
The number of millimeters you measure is your ring size.
For example: if your measurement is 17 mm, your size is 17.
Not sure which size to choose? Go with the larger size. It's usually more comfortable.

Method 2: You don't have a ring that fits
No ring? No problem! Follow these steps:
1. Take a piece of string and wrap it around the finger where you want to wear the ring. Note: Don't wrap it too tightly; the string should still fit over your knuckle.
2. Measure the length of the string with a ruler.

Important tips for taking measurements:
1. Measure the right finger: Every finger is a different size. So always measure the finger on which you want to wear the ring.
2. Consider the thickness of the ring: Thicker rings fit more snugly. For a thick ring, choose a half size larger (0.5 mm), and for a thin ring, choose a half size smaller.
3. If you're unsure between two sizes, go with the larger one. It's usually more comfortable.
4. Take your temperature at room temperature: Your fingers can swell in the heat or shrink in the cold. Therefore, do not take your temperature if your hands are warm, cold, or if you have just woken up or been active.
5. For added assurance: Measure your finger at two different times, spread out over two days, for the best results.
